Orlando's watches auctioned by Antiquorum

Antiquorum’s summer sale of “ Important Collectors’ Wristwatches Pocket Watch & Clocks” on June 11th will have some Orlando Bloom's watches among the items.
The auction will be held at Antiquorum’s US headquarters on Madison Avenue. Clients will have the opportunity to view these exquisite, and in some cases unique, timepieces all over the world including Tokyo, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and New York.

Fans of the very popular actor Orlando Bloom will wan to bid on his collection of sport watches. This classically trained English actor has appeared in noteworthy films such as
“ The Lord of the Rings”, “Pirates of the Caribbean”, “Elizabethtown”, and “Kingdom of Heaven” that established him as a Hollywood star and leading man. He stars in upcoming films “New York, I Love You”, “Sympathy for Delicious” and “Main Street”. In addition to being a major Hollywood star, he is also an Ambassador for UNICEF to which a portion of the proceeds from these watches will be donated. Orlandos’s collection that will be offered in the Antiquorum June sale includes:
Breitling Steel Navitimer, produced in the late 1960’s. This timepiece is a fine, large, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers, tachometer, telemeter and slide-rule. It is accompanied by an autographed copy of the auction catalogue.


Rolex”Oyster Perpetual, Explorer, Superlative Chronometer, Officially Certified,” Ref. 1016, produced in 1969. This timepiece is a fine and rare center seconds, self-winding water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch accompanied by an autographed copy of the auction catalogue.


Rolex, Ref 116400, Black PVD Milgauss, produced in 2008 . This timepiece is a very fine, self-winding, center seconds, water-resistant, stainless steel PVD-coated wristwatch, anti- magnetic to 1000 Grauss accompanied by an autographed copy of the auction catalogue.


Rolex, Ref 1655 “Steve McQueen”. This timepiece is a fine and very rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with date, special 24-hour bezel, large orange arrow 24-hour hand, produced circa 1973. It is accompanied by an autographed copy of the auction catalogue.
